IBMBB takes great pride in offering a wide array of sophisticated instruments enabling researchers to delve deep into intricacies of Molecular Biology. Our facility is equipped with DNA sequencer (Applied Biosystems 3500 Dx Genetic Analyzer), real-time PCR Thermal Cyclers, Gel Electrophoresis Systems, Spectrophotometers, Micro Plate Readers, Refrigerated and Non-Refrigerated Centrifuges (Benchtop Centrifuges, High-Speed Centrifuges, Ultracentrifuges etc), Deep Freezers (-70 ⁰C & -20 ⁰C), Shaking Incubators, Autoclave, Hot Air Oven, Vacuum Concentrators and water baths. Additionally, we have Fluorescence Microscopes, Inverted Microscopes Confocal Microscopes and allowing for advanced Cellular Biology applications and FPLC, HPLC systems for protein and natural products Chemistry/Biochemistry applications.
