VACANCY FOR THE POST OF PROFESSOR ON AN ASSIGNMENT BASIS

The IBMBB, UOC will entertain applications for the post of Professor or above who is serving in the University system and wishes to join on an assignment basis at IBMBB, UOC.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience and expertise
1. Expertise in Life Sciences with a special emphasis on Bioinformatics and Machine Learning.
2. Competence in project designing, execution, and supervision in the field of Life Sciences
3. Previous experience in Post Graduate Programme Review (PR) and Curriculum Revision in the fields of Life Sciences and Bioinformatics will be an added advantage.

Salary:
            Rs. 433,505/- (Initial step of U-AC 5 (II) as at 01.01.2026 and Academic Allowance) per mensem

Duration: 12 months period, possibility of extending based on the nature of the assignment
