The IBMBB will entertain applications from suitably qualified persons for the above post up  to 22nd August 2025.

01. Qualifications Required:

                     1. A First class or Second class (Upper Division) in Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree

                                                   OR

                     2. A Second Class (Lower Division) in Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree 

                                                   OR

                     3. A pass in the Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree 

                                                   OR

                     4. A pass in the Bachelor of Science General Degree 

Preference will be given to those who have BSc degree in the field of Molecular  Biology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or allied field  

Note:  

            (a) An applicant who is eligible under (4) above could be considered for appointment  only if no applicant is qualified under (1), (2) or (3) above. 

            (b) An applicant who is eligible under (3) above could be considered for appointment  only if no applicant is qualified under (1) or (2) above. 

            (c) An applicant who is eligible under (2) above could be considered for appointment  only if no applicant is qualified under (1) above. 

Salary and Other Conditions of Appointment:  

U-AS 1 (I): Rs. 65,255 + Rs. 17,800 (COLA)  

Salaries will be paid as per the UGC Commission Circular 02/2025 (i) dated 04.04.2025

The selected candidate will be a member of the Employee Provident Fund as well as of the  Employee Trust Fund. He/ She will contribute 8% of his/her monthly salary to the  Employee Provident Fund and at the same time Institute will contribute 12% to the  Employee Provident Fund. The Institute will make a contribution equivalent to 3% of  his/her monthly salary to the Employee Trust Fund. 

Age: Not more than 40 years
